S\u2019effectue le plus souvent avec esquive du buste et avec ou sans d\u00e9placement de jambes.<\/em><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Jodan Age Uke<\/span><\/strong><em> D\u00e9fense, le plus souvent, contre une attaque de poing au niveau du visage. Le bras d\u00e9vie le coup en remontant du flan vers le haut en<\/em><br \/><em>passant sous et devant le visage.<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Jugi Uke<\/strong><\/span> <em>Blocage en croix des mains<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><span class=\"Style31\">Kake Uke <\/span><\/strong><\/span><em>Blocage avec un crochet<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><span class=\"Style31\">Kakiwake Uke <\/span><\/strong><\/span><em>Blocage ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 simultan\u00e9ment avec les deux bords externes des deux avant-bras. On \u00e9carte avec force de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Cette technique est conseill\u00e9e sur une tentative de double saisie au col<\/em><\/p><p><span class=\"Style31\" style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Mikazuki Geri Uke <\/strong><\/span><em>Balayage avec la plante du pied dans un mouvement circulaire en croissant de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Cette technique est \u00e9tudi\u00e9e dans de nombreux katas<\/em><\/p><p><span class=\"Style31\" style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Morote Uke <\/strong><\/span><em>Blocage renforc\u00e9 par l\u2019autre main sur l\u2019avant-bras. La trajectoire du blocage est la m\u00eame que uchi uke : mouvement circulaire de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur pour d\u00e9vier l\u2019attaque lat\u00e9ralement. On retrouve cette technique dans de nombreux kata avec le renfort au niveau du coude et poing ferm\u00e9.<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Nagashi Uke<\/strong><\/span> <em>Ce blocage n\u00e9sessite peur de force. Il consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9vier avec le dessus de l&rsquo;avant-bras une technique de poing directe en direction du visage (jodan O\u00ef Zuki par exemple).<\/em><\/p><p><span class=\"Style31\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Nami Ashi<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><em>Balayage en remontant avec la plante du pied. Cette technique est caract\u00e9ristique du kata Tekki Shodan o\u00f9 elle s\u2019effectue \u00e0 partir de la position Kiba Dachi. Le genou sert de pivot et tout en conservant le centre de gravit\u00e9 dans cette configuration il faut relever la plante du pied vers le bas-ventre dans un mouvement circulaire pour d\u00e9vier un coup de pied bas (Mae Geri) vers le haut.<\/em><\/p><p><span class=\"Style31\" style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Osae Uke <\/strong><\/span><em>Blocage avec la paume de la main du haut vers le bas o\u00f9 l\u2019on cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9vier l\u2019attaque vers le sol. Cette technique ressemble beaucoup \u00e0 otoshi uke<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Otoshi Uke <\/strong><\/span><em>D\u00e9fense avec la partie externe de l\u2019avant bras dans un mouvement de haut en bas.<\/em><\/p><p><em><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Shuto Uke<\/span> <\/strong>D\u00e9fense du sabre de la main ouverte et doigts tendus serr\u00e9s de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/em><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Soto Barai<\/span><\/strong> <em>D\u00e9fense avec l\u2019avant bras partie radius qui s\u2019effectue de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur le plus souvent accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une esquive.<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Soto Uke <\/strong><\/span><em>D\u00e9fense avec l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019avant bras c\u00f4t\u00e9 cubitus qui s\u2019effectue de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur comme si l\u2019on ass\u00e9nait un coup de marteau horizontalement.<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><span class=\"Style31\">Tate Uke <\/span><\/strong><\/span><em>Blocage de l\u2019avant-bras qui utilise une large trajectoire circulaire de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur en partant de la hanche oppos\u00e9e.
